请教这里的老地主们和高手吗，恳请大家帮助(thanks)

 

遇到这么一种情况：要去买一个

short sale的房子，offer

已经被接受了。但是原来住着的人想买卖完成后租这个房子住。现在有几个问题：

1)。如果要租给他，需要做什么工作。check credit, walk through etc..?

2)。如果不租给他，有什么不好的影响(对这个买卖)？在escrow close之前我们需要做些什么？

要说明的是我们用了

dual agent.
