求教: short sale有judgment involved,需要release the judgment about the property. 根据你们的经验,这个过程需要很长时间吗?如果需要很长时间或者情况复杂,现在是否可以全身而退? 现在贷款已经批了. 押金1000给了银行.是否能拿回押金？已经发生的费用比如appraisal, title search是否非得付？
