说说浴室漏水的一个实例。

有个房客说楼上的浴室漏水到楼下的车库。她说一定是浴缸漏。因为shower之后就滴水。我说你用了浴帘没有？她说当然有啊。我就叫handyman过去看。handyman忙了半天没找出漏。就草草把天花板修了一下。

之后当然还是继续漏。我也去看过，不得要领。

有一次我正好在那个社区，看到这个房客打开车库门，我看到车库天花板正往下滴水。我赶紧冲上楼，直奔浴室。打开一看，地上全是水。浴帘拉在一边。基本是干的。原来是这家伙洗澡的时候根本没把浴帘拉上。瓷砖地是没有经过防水处理的，当然全漏到楼下。被我抓个现行，她还要狡辩，说不知道瓷砖地会漏水。
