美国很多地方房价10几年没涨过的地多了去了。租房子花的时间和成本都算过吗？若遇上要EVICTION，估计一，二年的收益都没了。我自己就是个小地主。知道怎么回事情。美国经济和2007年前差远了。银行只不过想把房价拱上去而已，手里还有大量的SHADOW INVENTORY。未来几年还是CASH IS KING
