dry wall water damage repair大概需要多少人工？谢谢。顺带送今天房客move out，我惊讶的。

2楼的老房客（在我这里住了一年，之前房东这里住了10年了）今天move out了。中午去收房子，condition很差了，我要弄弄干净，刷刷墙。有半堵墙有water damage，dry wall有stain, 有bubble，问问找人来修大约多少人工？water leak已经修好了。

另外上次问的running toilet，我想换抽水的kit，马桶是老式的Gerber，据说fluid master出的那个kit好像不能用。看看大佬们有经验么？到哪里买配套的kit。

附送今天让我惊讶的事情。这个老房客是黑人，60岁，身体不好了，要家人照顾所以要搬他妈妈那里一起住了。我想他妈妈那里，那起码也有百八十了吧。今天问起来，人家告诉我他的妈妈才73。
