银行今天问我两个问题

1。我的STATUS(Citizon,GC,or others)

2。我买这个SHORT SELL的两房一厅的房子是自住还是投资？

我买房当然是要出租。但银行是不是优先卖给自住的？银行为什么要问这个问题？
我的REALOTOR也说不懂银行为什么要问这个问题？我该怎么回答呢？
