我的一个房客要养狗，我觉得她自己还忙活不过来她的俩孩子了。

我定了严格的RULES（草稿），大家帮我看看，有什么漏的吗？多谢了。

Dear Tenant XXXX,

This letter to let you know that the landlord, XXX agreed you have a dog on the property. The condition is

a, pay $100 extra/ month

b, keep the property inside and out dog poop free

c, always leashed when out on the property

d, anything damaged from the dog inside the apt, it is your responsibility to repair.

e, if found the dog poop on the property, $200 fine per case.
