诚心求教：公司买房

看中了一栋房，苦于贷不到款，又筹不来钱，刚好自己公司（IT consulting LLC）的账上还有些钱，就打起了

公司的主意。我的问题是：

1. 我的公司的钱可不可以用来买房？

2. 如果能，有些什么要注意的事项？

望有经验的老大能给予指点。谢谢了。
