投资房只能最多把2%房价用于closing 郁闷ing

  

 

 

我的lender说, 我只能用到2%的房价用于closing cost, seller批准给3%也不行, 最后要把1%退给seller (bank),下面是他给我看的规定: 我要是早知道, 就把offer降低一点儿, 把这1%算回来, agent也不知道这个规定.

Seller (Interested Party) Contribution

Seller (Interested Party) contributions may be

used toward prepaids and/or closing costs.

The following percentages are based off the

lesser of property's sales price or appraised

value.

Owner Occupied (Primary Residence)

and Second Home

> 90% CLTV = 3%

>75% & < 90% CLTV = 6%

<75% CLTV = 9%
