请教各位，最近房子是不是涨的厉害啊，我前2天看个房子要25万，昨天第一天我给了26万

今天告诉我highest is the best，只好给了27万，回来又有些后悔，正常卖的房子，25万，都要加2万才能买了吗？现在房市有这么热吗？我在美国中部，比较穷的地方，谢谢！我是不是太着急，给高了？
