地主们都这样吗？

远程房子，交property管理公司打理。本身买了home warrenty，每次维修charge最多60块。

房子租了不到2个月，已经被房客报修2次了，无非是哪里松了，哪里漏了。120块就没了。假如每个月一次的话，光维修费的开销一年就是720.

房子本身10年新，状况很好。
