贷款买自住房，利息的确不能抵税

但投资房的利息是可以抵税的，even you use your own principle residence as collateral to borrow money. 我不觉得每月-1500有多可怕，如果我没房，每月房租还不只1500。很多收入比我低的，房租也要1600、1700，他们能过，我也一定能活。
