小地主婆又来问问题。

先感谢大佬们给我上次的问题好多解答。water bill一直很高，3个unit的房子每个月200多，觉得不对头，看了板上的帖子，觉得可能是马桶有问题。这几天正好一个tenant要搬出去，我去检查了一下房子。果然发现一只马桶一直在蓄水。大概要换flapper了。

刚准备走，房客说，前几天楼上有水滴下来，faint!!!我看了看，漏的地方是有ceiling tile的，年代长了边有点翘起了。我肯定要去查楼上为啥漏。问题一，维修这个ceiling tile怎么弄？人工多少？

问题2 刷墙上的白漆可以刷在橱柜上么？橱柜绝对是很outdated的，木有style了，脏兮兮，但是换的话很花钱。刷刷纯粹为了看起来clean。木头上刷漆不知道味道是不是很强烈呢？
