急问：刚买的投资房发现蟑螂如何除？

各位地主有没有除蟑螂的经验？投资房买了想尽快出租，却发现有蟑螂。买了很多bait用了几天，好像也不太管用。网上搜寻也看不到特效方法。该请pest control company 吗？他们能很快把蟑螂清除掉吗？
