If you read my post 跟俺找项目之三总结 below, you can see we are actually a trust in a small scale. I am acting as the principal. My partners don't know much about what is going on, and there are chances of abusing the money.

For my partners to have a peaceful mind, I gave them a update of the financials every month.

I do not promise any return and they have to take all the risk. I do not take money as my salary but I do take 30% of their share as my work compensation.

Most of the time, the principal takes a salary, and the investors will participate in 50% or less of the profit.

But I can tell you that the ROI indeed can be 50% or more.
