cash flow好的地方

俺发现cash flow好的地方，以前升值都不好，现在价格也很低。以后怎样要多研究，可能会涨的不错。因为这末低的价钱基本是材料和人工，地价几乎没有多少。而现在材料和人工都会越来越贵，所以感觉房子应该会涨的。
