急问：租房申请人是老师， 但有过破产， 可租给她吗？

她07年有过破产。看上去很不错的人。我很喜欢她和她女儿（她57岁， 她女儿23岁）。就这两人要租房。

看了她的报告后， 很犹豫啊。。。
