我作为一个房东遇到房客要医疗赔偿怎么办？

有一个租赁客户。经常迟给房租，从来不给late fee.

上个月，等了十二号，让我去租的房子，给了500元现金，我给了她收据，离房租700还差200。按lease,她应该在1号前把money order寄到我的信箱，她说她寄了200的money order，但是我从来没有收到。她又保证五月一号和五月房租一起给。

这个月一号，我给她text message,提醒。二号星期三，晚上10点，她给我电话，非常愤怒，说房子天花板掉下来了。我当时就开车去了，看了二楼浴缸下面的水管破裂，水出来后落在一楼的天花板，是drop ceiling,很轻的，调下来一片2x4的，在地上和沙发上，当时女主人不在，她新交的男朋友也不在家，只有她19岁的女儿在家，她女儿非常漂亮。都是黑人。我和她女儿一起把落下的drop ceiling打扫干净，因为没有零部件，只有第二天去买来才能修。

第二天星期四，我的contractor一大早就去修好了，只收我34元钱。星期五，我短信给她，告诉她第五天，没有房租，我就发5 day notice了，她不理。到了今天，她突然给我短信：

第一个短信，就一个字：No

My daughter is in hospital for headaches she is still having from when your ceiling falling on her head. Hospital Bill will come to your company hospital because hospital staff said due to she got hurt on your property not covered under my insurance. I was told to talk lawyer for farther. I will call lawyer to see whats the next step. U will get your rent but you worried about money not my child and how she is doing.

我给她回短信

I worried about you too, because I came to your place at the earliest time even before you saw what happening. I also have it fixed at the shortest time it could. I met your daughter she never told me she got hit, neither she's hurt. If you want to solve it through your lawyer, I can give me my attorney's contact information.

请问，我的回答有问题吗？下一步，我该怎么做。

事实是：她女儿没有跟我说，被drop ceiling 砸到了，第二，drop ceiling 很软，很轻，即使砸到，应该也没有什么大问题。

我怀疑，整个事件，可能就是他们特意制造的，为不付房租制造的。

包括她的女儿，我从来没见过这个女儿，她妈很臭，肥得要死，有两个女儿也见过，不好看，这个突然出现的女儿非常漂亮，看上去只有14岁，但是胸部又发育的很好，人很苗条，但胸部和屁股很圆润，饱满，和她妈一点都不像。我问她多大了，怎么以前没见过。她说19岁了，在外地上大学。但是现在也不是假期啊，我感觉可能她是被用来特意勾引我的，好在我定力好，没有任何表示。

我下面如何应付?
