我说我怎么吃不胖呢

今天晚上在准备的：

1。BBQ鸡翅膀

2。small Sausage with maple syrup（LP's favorite)

3。Italian sausage

4。Fry Salmon

5。雪里红炒辣椒--刚从菜园子里收的。开水里煮一下，凉水冲，用手挤干，切细。锅里先把切细的干辣椒油炸一下出味，再把上面的血里红放进去爆炒。味道纯正哦。

6。水煮玉米

7。cantaloupe

8。ancient peper（甜）炒肉片。

 

当然，还有两瓶啤酒。哎，廉颇老矣，已不吃饭（晚上）。
