for Financial Advisor; A good financial advisor is the one who helps you building up the nice estate plan to invest tax efficiently; Also, the return rate should be adjusted by risk. Most of time, the portfolio performance is similar to the market but the portfolio is much "safer". Most of Asian investors ignore the risk and focus too much on the return.
