借２万续

 

据说当时老板可能花２０万出头买的那块地，分成２０份每份２万由AGENT卖掉了。那个朋友买了那块地的１／２０。当时老板用的是LLC，承诺１年后加价１０％回购。后来房市垮了。
如果那个老板不旅行承诺，法律上有什么办法来惩罚他？

如果LLC宣布倒闭需要什么条件？
