请教: 想投资房产，怎样找好的Deals?

潜水多日， 静心研究各位贴子。现也想买些投资房，但不知各位怎样获得房子出售的信息。上网去sign up notification email，还是有空开车到处看。特别是买卖异地房产，应如何获得房源信息和操作。敬请指教，多谢
