我认为，知人很重要。

人都不认识，大家就感觉风险大，集资有困难，也很容易发生误会。

还是有兴趣的人先聚会认识一下。夏天的时候，找一个度假的地方，或一个重灾区，大家聚会，互相认识，还可以来一个当地市场的tour。

买房不成，交几个同行朋友也是好的。
