说硅谷小黑屋不算过分

先说小：百万的房子, 不管是在Sunnyvale, Mountain View, West San Jose, Cupertino,

Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Palo Alto, 有多少是在2000尺以上的呢？ 相当比例的甚至在1500尺以下。

再说黑: 你们的的房子有几个不是建于50/60年代？ 8尺高的房子，可不就是又矮又黑吗？
