问一下各位老大，出租房是3br townhouse好租，还是2br condo好租？

想买个townhouse或者condo自主，过几年出租。我看中一个挺不错的小区，3层的townhouse HOA 175， condo HOA 220. 价格是townhouse高出1-2万。买哪个将来比较容易出租呢？

还有2br的townhouse。我现在还没考虑
