弯曲market

It seems that inventaory is very low.

My agent told me that he expects more houses will be released to market in the later half of 2012 and next year.  He is a REO specialist and he told me that Locksmith is getting vey busy to get access to the foreclosed houses.  The forclosure process was stopped for the lawsuits.  Now it is over, the bank restarted the process and it will take several months before we see the effect on market.

So I am in waiting mode these days instead of getting into the "bidding war"
