也说说我在BRENTWOOD 的房子出租情况。

2月中CLOSE, 到4月中租客才入住。 整整空了两个月才租出去。一月底就开始打广告了。每个周末OPEN HOUSE， 搞得人筋疲力尽。很NEAT 的房子，高端地毯，GRANITE COUNTERTOP, 背靠高尔夫球场。看的人无数，没人申请。租金从2700 降到 2500 后才来了两份申请。一份是AGENT 带来的， 另一份是自己找来的。 挑了一个家庭的，总算租出去了。


个人感觉：CRAIGSLIST上租客的质量不高，看的多，认真的少。有AGENT 带着找房的都是认真的。下次出租我个人还是会找个AGENT 帮我租， 才花1000.
