如何在bathroom安装heat

最近买了一个房子，township inspector要求在两个bathroom安装heat。房子很老，用的还是象国内的暖气管，是gas furnace。如何安装最简单，便宜。


另外basement的bathroom，contractor建议拆除，因为屋顶的高度不够，说是illegal。但是township inspector没有说什么，只要求安装heat。我应该拆除吗？
