ISO， NON-QUAL， ESPP or RSU？  short term gain from options is usually treated as W-2 income, meaning you can't input it onto Sch D.

无论如何，记住：先卖亏的！

千万别今年卖赚的，明天卖亏的！ 否则，没的抵。 

当然，要看你房亏多少，option又赚多少。 自个儿盘算盘算，把握卖机。
