急，就霉菌一事请教ＪＹ，如山等高人

最近好不容易在我最想要的好区拿到了一个ＨＵＤ的房子。贷款估价建议查ＷＡＴＥＲ　ＤＡＭＡＧＥ，发现有手掌大的一片霉菌，不确定是否地板下会有更多的霉菌。房子是１９９６年建的，外观很好。　我的出价比市场价格低　２０％。找３个　ＭＯＬＤ　ＣＯＮＴＲＡＣＴＯＲ　看，　结果有一个说ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮ（ＴＩＬＥ　ＦＬＯＯＲ）　被ＦＬＯＯＤ　过，　要２０Ｋ　做ＭＯＬＤ　ＲＥＭＩＤＩＡＴＩＯＮ。

真让人失望。我想我可以用１０Ｋ用一个ＣＯＮＴＲＡＣＴＯＲ做好ＭＯＬＤ　ＲＥＭＩＤＩＡＴＩＯＮ　（包括ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮ　ＣＡＢＩＮＥＴ）。但这样租房和卖房时都要ＤＩＳＣＬＯＳＥ，还要成天担心租客ＳＵＥ。。。

如果说有一点霉菌的房子就买不得，６０～７０　年的房子不可能从没有漏过水。我买的是１９９６　的房子，１９６０年前的房子哪里还敢买啊。
