美国：低收入人口西方第一：好事儿还是坏事儿？

在发达国家中，美国的低收入人口高居榜首。这个事实，好处是什么？坏处是什么？

中国的低收入人口很大，我没有数据但相信比西方国家高很多。

这意味着服务业发达？可以雇得起保姆？社会稳定性降低？
