各地的经济情况差别太大，根本无法相互比较，

一般来说，暑假和暑假过后房市本来就会slow down。 但我去年的经验是去年年底特别忙，连圣诞节前夜都在写offer. 上星期银行把圣诞节 in contract 这个short sale 批下来了。
