老婆喜欢，地产经纪人, 煽风点火，砍了近五千元， 一次成交。

2566 SF, asked price: 279,900, offered price 275,000. Nice and privated back yard with a beautiful view (a big pond behind the backyard). 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a finished basement with a full bath and a bedroom in the basement (so total 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths). 0.26 acre.
