Justice Department's plan/action 的结果是什么？

这篇文章只谈到了由于高利润驱使很多人加入这个行列，引起的激烈竞争，导致了平均利润率的下降。

却忽略了保护消费者的权益，容许公平的价格竞争。NAR的存在，本身就是一个形成垄断的结构。

不在于6%的Commission高还是不高，如果没有垄断，10%的Commision，古石都支持。

这种行业的垄断，是古石深恶痛绝的。Agent们只是在里面工作的一员，当垄断结构打破了，他们也会随之调节，例如，可能Agent会减少，平均利润率保持不变。所以Agent们都是无可厚非的，用不用是与自己的能力有关的。古石觉得在Buyer这边，古石有足够的知识，古石就不用agent，但Seller那边，那些Agent却与古石的成功同在。古石拿到Deal后，都写信感谢他们，告诉他们古石的成功，全仗仰他们。

希望Justice Department能够采取行动，打破垄断，保障公平竞争以保障消费者权益，同时减少Agent行业的从业人员，还Agent朋友们，轻松愉快的工作环境及生活。

The lack of price competition has attracted the notice of anti-trust authorities at the Justice Department who are planning to sue the National Association of Realtors over some of their anti-discounting policies. Economically speaking, it's hard to explain why the steady commissions have lasted so long—perhaps agents band together to blacklist competitors who undercut prices, or perhaps the NAR's extensive "education" program for realtors excels at indoctrination.
