Brentwood Think again!

I don't understand why so many people want to buy properties in Brentwood? There is no work, no shopping, no nothing there. All you can smell is cow poop. Hahaha

Seriously, that place sucks! There is no highway. The only way to there Vasco Rd, which is loooong and horrible. If you really want to buy a property in nowhere, think about Antioch or Discovery Bay. They are better choice than Brentwood.

I live in Bay Area for over 15 years and I've talked with many many realtors. The truth is that when upturn comes, good disctrict properties go up faster. When downturn comes, bad district properties go down faster. That translates to bad district has higher risk with lower appreciation.
