印度房客的问题

新房东刚刚买了一个小condo做rental property.在市场上已经2周了。目前只有一offer from Indian people.请教大家怎样去除咖喱味，要请什么样的专业公司除味，大致要多少钱？先谢谢大家的解答！现在才体会到做房东的不易。
