请问，换ｒｏｏｆ需要多少钱？不是只换ｓｈｉｎｇｌｅ，要连下面的 木板都换掉。 还有，买个新的烧 ｏｉｌ 的ｂｏｉｌｅｒ 多少钱？

房子是　近１８００　ｓｑｕａｒｅ　ｆｅｅｔ。　听说屋顶有大概　１６００　ｓｑｕａｒｅ　ｆｅｅｔ。
