价格卖高了也头痛。

俺一个客户卖房子，签约签了个全邮区同类房子最高价。

本来是件高兴的事。

可是，估价师没办法估这么高。头痛。

估价师只考虑三个月内已经卖掉的。不考虑市场动态。对市场恢复时一个很大的拖累。

我自己另一栋房子，签约$735K。估价师只估$680K.买方还challenge估价师， 希望能成交. 但是没有用。买方也没有更多的首付，只好让买方毁约。
