问一个WIN7的解决方案

我一朋友把她的中文版WIN7机器送我这儿来，让我看看。

一开机就黑屏，ctrl alt delete键都没用，能进BIOS。她没有安装盘，我不能做系统重新安装。

我该怎么折腾这电脑，我想是中毒了。
