怎么处理这个房客？

 

住了２０个月了，交租不太好。最近几个月都是分两次交。这个月先交了１／３，前几天交的２／３好象跳票。以前发生过一次跳票，说了后立刻存现金到我帐户。
曾经有MOLD问题，想借机闹事被我压下。要他们搬走吗？
