1,弯曲适不合养老? 如果希望选一个干燥,不太冷的地方，养老纽约,弯曲哪个更好?
Food is great, sunshine is great, friend cycle is priceless. Close to SF. Love the convinient surburb in south bay.
A lot of chinese ppl here, u really feel it home.
2,在los gates,Saratoga,los altos hills,los altos,San mateo,cupertino这几个城市选一个2M左右的房自住养老，哪城市保值，增值机会大，学区不差，讲出去也好听（请谅俗人一个）？
School side:
Cupertino's monta vista High is the best and most competitive school, with Lynbrook come next to it.
Saratoga High is pretty good 2 but a lot rich kids.
U can consider Palo Alto, 2 great high school 2. But house price is higher.
House wise, los altos hill / los altos is great 2 but u might want to send kids to private school and not sure what u can get with 2M.
3。如想买投资房，哪个城市最好？
Appreciation side is hard to say:
Saratoga reached 2M in 2000 and virtually not moving in 10 yrs.Without salary increase or income growth, 2M is top of line now.
Palo Alto and mountain view are the hottest now with all the new money there.
Dep on which game u play,
I play the low end rental income and go Amigo area. At least it is safer.
Appreciation side u need to go with schools and find the good deal for u.
Another experience for me is the those houses close to avg price have higher % growth as the high-end move slower in % price move.
