急问：下步怎么办

先谢一次。
现金买朋友公寓。我有亲戚作代理，做买卖合同。卖方没有代理。做完合同下步干吗？我的代理也不清楚。找个title 公司就行了吗？下周close,有点急。
从这坛上学了不少，肯定没学到家，但还是常来，还推荐朋友来学。
知道律师能帮，但想省点费用，不知成不成。明天上班不能回帖，先谢了。
