请问有关LLC

最近才知道以个人申请mortgage 买房，lender不会同意把title放LLC下。

那么mortgage 买的房就跟LLC没啥关系了？出租时合同用LLC名头来签出租合同？

还是LLC只是在cash买房时有用？

谢谢哪位有经验指点一下。
