请教房子title问题

最近看中一个银行屋， 92 年build 的一片， 同期build 的同样model的都写着是4房3浴(living sqf is same) 唯有这间是写的是2房3浴，进去检查， 实际上也是4房3浴，问了listing agent, 他说title的records 是这样写的. 我的问题是如果我买了这个房子， 我怎样才能把它的title改成4房3浴呢？谢谢！
