看花--房子要卖了，最舍不得的事这株牡丹。

3月23日买进，$232000($211000 contract price + 22000 assignement fee). 换地毯，刷漆，修水龙头，换马桶盖，剪草，花了六千块。

昨天上市，要价$299900。今天收到三个合约。远高于要价。

又一次证明，买价低时关键。因此才能赶快卖掉。
