请教, buyer agent commission. 急！谢谢!

我有buyer agent。 有天自己去看open house, 和那里的agent聊了聊，她提出带我去看附近另一个房。没多想就去看了。 那房我已跟自己的agent看过。 巧的事，也让我头疼的事是：两次看后，我很喜欢。我出了offer 并被seller 接受。是我自己的agent 递的offer。如果最后成交的话， 需要我付 buyer agent commission 给另一个agent 吗（没签任何代理和同和第二个agent，但她有我的一些信息在open house时登记的）？
