验房后问题相对比较多，还有mold. 一开始dual agent态度不错，说 AS IS应该不修，但可以把验房报告和估价递给卖方。（估计没递呢）
之后我催促她准备buyer's inspection notice。没答复，接下来周末，拖过了十天。
先来email 说， 卖方是HUD， 只修白蚁房（这房检查没白蚁），其它 AS IS。
回她email说，reasonable repair cost 我当然愿意付。 但验出的问题和这房年龄不符，有些施工的问题。并且mold比白蚁的问题更严重，恳请发给buyer's inspection notice 填上tems disapproved，试试看。
刚刚收到她email， 发了一个空表buyer's inspection notice给我。 态度比较不友好。说买也签字，不买也签字。意思不让选buyer elects to provide seller an opportunty to correc the disapproved items.
卖方是HUD， 之前她告我是银行，Listing也是 REO，我特地问她是不是只能 owner occupied , 她说不是。房价比HUD房贵些。
现在我可以自己填上items disapproved在buyer's inspection notice 上？
