用turbo tax报restricted stocks的问题

用turbo tax抱restricted stocks（RSU）。Turbo tax让输入“shares of restricted stocks vested （or released）”。这个非常confusing。


我的理解，vested和released的股数是不一样的 。比如，我有200股RSU,  4月1号vest. 但是，4月1号，我拿不到全部的200股，因为，有90股被e-trade卖掉付税了，我只拿到110股。所以，vesting 200股，release 110股。e-trade在4/1号前给我发一次email，告诉我200股要在4/1 vest了。然后在大概4/3号又给我发email，告诉我110股被released到我的帐户上了。


但是turbo tax这么问，把vested和released等同起来了。我到底应该填200股还是110股呢？
