房子买于去年4月至11月。距离南湾约75 miles。
房数: 4. All SFH.
房子总面积: 8500SF. 从1950SF到 2735SF. 建于1996到2003年.
总买价， 包括各种手续费: $735K.
总保费: $3000. 包括一个umberlla. 保险公司估算总房价为: $1.4M
总修理费， 包括换地毯（2），冰箱（2， 吸碗机， 热水器：$13K.
Total property tax: $16.5K.
Rental income: $6600/month.

房子都是自己管， 包括找房客。房客全是老墨, 。
除了一处的fence修理， 在房客入住一月后， 没有任何修理。
