租出去了。

前些时谈论的那个房子租出去了。

买价 $289K， 租金 $2300, 25% Down，4.5%利息。

从银行讨回来的一万块以后再用来修理。

每个人的回报率计算法略微不同，不知大家算的回报率是多少。

按田鼠兄的算法，肯定不及格。

今天把两个月的租金的现金揣在怀里，一路上热乎呼的。

这个房子最喜欢的地方可能是该区由于学区好，很好租，将来很好卖。

在该区，上探10万块，一个房子都没有卖的了。上探20万，才有1-2家在卖。

而且同一张图纸建造出的房子在邻街半年前多卖7万左右。（那个房子的Location略好）

虽然银行不让Cash Out，假若能，搞不好，明年就可以把本金Cash Out出来差不多了。

这个房子刚开始并没有觉得那么好，越调查，越觉得难得。
